Sandra J. Botson has 21 years of extensive
experience in all aspects of Human Resources with a
special emphasis on developing efficient and effective
HR policy and processes, employee relations, and communications.
She has earned National Recognition for her innovative
family friendly work/family programs.
Prior to starting her own consulting firm, Sandy served
as the Human Resources Director and for two local healthcare
facilities and for a major Philadelphia law firm where
she developed the HR department and earned National
Recognition for her innovative family friendly work
programs.
Ms.
Botson received her B.S. degree in Business Management
from St. Joseph's University and Accreditation as a
Professional in Human Resources from the National Society
for Human Resources Management. She is also certified
in Law Office Management. She is a member of the National
Society for Human Resources Management, The Penjerdel
Employee Benefits Association, Greater Valley Forge
Human Resources Association, Chester County Human Resources
Association, The Eastern Technology Council, and the
National Association of Female Executives.
