HRA provides Human Resources expertise only as you
need it, on-site, off-site, or a combination of both.
You may need assistance with projects or need an outsouced
or contract professional by the day, week, or month
on a part-time or full-time basis. HRA can provide a
variety of levels of HR professionals to fill in for
an LOA, help with your open enrollment, establish a
recruiting strategy, create a pay for performance system
or perform other special projects.

to start up a function and then a mid level person could
